Engineering
Once an order is received, our engineering department will work on custom shop drawings for your water feature. Our project managers will review all drawings with you and provide recommendations to ensure that the product meets your specifications.

Fabrication
After the drawings have been approved we will fabricate, test, crate your product for shipment, and coordinate the delivery to coincide with your schedule. We will provide recommendations to help ensure that by the time of installation, the site is ready to receive the water feature.

Installation Supervision
A certified technician will supervise the installation and demonstrate setup, operation, and maintenance of your water feature. This guarantees that Harmonic Environments’ quality control has been implemented at every step of the process. |
